- April 3, 2026 Hybrid (In-Person and Virtual) Sustainability Leadership Forum – Upper Midwest, Hosted by API Group – Flying through Interference – Overcoming Internal Barriers to Deliver Real Business Impact
The April 3 Sustainability Leadership Forum – Upper Midwest, hosted by API Group, addresses a critical challenge for sustainability leaders: advancing purpose-driven strategies amid growing internal and external pressure. As organizations move from commitments to execution, leaders face “interference”—organizational and cultural barriers that limit impact. This session will focus on identifying, naming, and managing these forces, helping leaders better connect sustainability to business value and embed it into core strategy.
Bobbi Silten is uniquely suited to lead this discussion. As Chief of People & Culture and Managing Director at FSG, and former sustainability executive at Gap Inc., she brings deep experience translating purpose into business results. As co-author of Flying Through Interference, she offers a practical framework to help leaders overcome internal resistance and build the conditions needed to drive measurable impact.
